I haven't got an ipod touch (that would be the only kind of ipod with a mac address) but this page explains how to find the MAC address of an ipod touch. You can start it by clicking Command and Space buttons. Now on another Mac (from which you want to access your Mac), start the Screen Sharing app.

On macOS, you can add a message to the lock screen. Select Run or type cmd into the search bar at the bottom of the Start menu to bring up the command prompt.
